YLOK has supplied Nomes PE segment valves to the electric boilers and district heating accumulators at the Lievpi power plant operated by Tcmpir Energia in Finland. The valves precisely regulate flows in the electric boiler and the district heating accumulator, enabling energy-efficient, carbon-neutral heat production and flexible participation in the electricity market.

The valves were delivered in spring 2005, with start-up completed in the third quarter of 2005. The electric boiler’s inauguration ceremony was held at the Liepi power plant on November 27, 2005.
